Fellowship Time: 10:00am to 10:30am
Sunday Morning Worship Service: 10:30am to 11:30am
Crosswood Church holds one worship service on Sunday mornings. The service includes worship music, a welcome from the Pastor, a relevant message from the Bible, an opportunity for personal prayer, and a chance to meet the Pastor after the service.
Coffee and snacks are available before the service starts.
Come as you are. Everyone is welcome. Our style is informal and our dress is casual. The service lasts approximately an hour. Our Children's Ministry program offers nursery care for infants through age 3 and Junior Church activities for age 4 through fifth grade during the worship service on Sunday mornings.
What We Believe
We believe each of us is called to be loving and faithful to the needs of the people of the world – and Jesus Christ is the ideal model for us. Jesus gave us a perfect example of what it means to lovingly and faithfully minister to all people and to honor the dignity, worth, and uniqueness of everyone as God created them to be. We welcome all people into the Crosswood church family.
We believe each of us is a work in progress, so we cooperate with God’s Holy Spirit on a moment-by-moment basis to become more and more Christlike in our thoughts, words, and deeds. We believe spiritual transformation occurs when we have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The Bible is like an instruction manual for this relationship. The goal of the spiritual life is to more closely resemble Jesus in our actions, words, and attitudes – and to join God in the work He is doing to redeem and renew the world, starting right in our own community.
We strive to befriend all people and to minister among and with them, particularly here in the Marion community. We believe it is important to build faith as early as possible in a person’s life, so we prioritize our Christian Preschool and our Children’s Ministry programs. Together, we support the continual spiritual growth of the church and its people through our prayers, our presence, our gifts, our service, and our witness.
